Direction: 1) Cut chicken and peeled potatoes into desired size. 2) Stir fry Killiney Curry Ready-to-cook Paste, salt, MSG and 250ml of cocnut cream until fragrant. 3) Add chicken pieces, water and simmer for about 10 mins. 4) Add potatoes and continue cooking for another 15 mins. 5) Pour in remaining coconut cream and bring mixture to boil. 6) Add milk, bring to bowl and shut the flame. Serve hot with toasted baguette or steamed white rite. Extra Tasty Option: Blend 100g of fresh onions and stir fry with one stalk of lemongrass before adding in Killiney Curry Paste and other ingredients. Storage: Store in cool dry place. Once opened, please keep refrigerated.
