Direction: 1) Preparing Vermicelli: a. Soak dried vermicelli in cold water for approximately an hour. b. Stir fry cut onions till fragrant. c. Add vermicelli, chilli powder, MSG and salt and continue to stir fry gently for 3-5 minutes, constantly adding water (up to 250ml) to prevent vermicelli from drying. 2) Preparing GRAVY a. Bring 550ml of water to boil in pot. b. Add Killiney Mee Siam Paste while water is boiling. Stir until paste is evenly mixed. c. Lower flame to medium and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Serve with vermicelli, toppings and garnishing as desired. Extra Tasty Option: Add 80g of blended fresh onions into Killiney Mee Siam Paste while cooking.Storage: Store in cool dry place. Once opened, please keep refrigerated.
